Fred, minor repairs like that can often be repaired by any decent upholstery shop. You should seek out the ones in your local area and ask for some examples of there work that you can see or who may recommend them after having work done there.
The stitching on my seats are starting to tear. Does anyone have a recomendation of an upholstery shop that is familiar with Oldsmobile interiors?
