There are a couple issues with the vin # you posted:
- 34270E105282X <--- There is no such thing as an "X" in these vin #s.
- 3 Oldsmobile
- 42 Cutlass Supreme
- -7 there is digit missing before the 7 in the number you provided.
(These 2 digits will be "57" for a coupe, or "67" for a convertible)
- 0 represents the model year (0 = 1970)
- E represents the manufacturing plant (E = Linden, New Jersey)
- 105282 the sequential number of the car on the assembly line for this plant (I believe the numbers start at 100001).
I hope this helps. Please try to confirm the vin# and repost it here. BTW, there is nothing in the vin# that will identify the car as an "SX".
