i thought when i joined that somone would check if a vin was part of the registry? Is this a dead forum? anyone?

Or does anyone know if this VIN 342670e144996 is in the registry? If so is there any history on it?

We just came back from looking at a 1970 convertible sx, VIN 342670e144996. In speaking with the seller, he said that a very knowledgeable gentleman named Scott had looked at the car the other day. I assume that Scott is a member of this forum and being a neophyte SX potential purchaser, would like to compare notes with Scott.

Scott, if you're on here could we talk about that car?
