1971 Window Sticker Decode

Thanks Kevin,

Based on your comments, I think the replica window sticker for my car should then have the following:

4) Sienna/White

5) 67AA

6) 30

I have the Oldsmobile listing of dealership and zone codes.

I appreciate the help!

Greg

Hello Greg,

If you're a member of this SX Site, you can check the navigation categories on the left side of the screen and click on "Codes, Docs, Articles". This section provides much information on interior/exterior colors, trim codes, accessories, etc.

As for your questions...

1, 2, 3 - I'm unsure about these. I believe a database exists that is intended to document as many Dealership and Zone Codes as possible. Not sure if it is anywhere on this site, but you can find it on Classicoldsmobile.com

4) Red/Black is referring to lower/upper body color

5) 75 = Matador Red Lower Body Color BB = Black Upper Body (in your case, Black Convertible Top)

6) 30 = Black Bucket Seat interior

7) Not sure about destination charge

I hope this helps.

Kevin

My first new car was a 1971 Oldsmobile SX convertible with Sienna paint, white top & black interior. I now have a 1971 442 convertible with the same tricolor. I would like to have a replica window sticker made. Attached is an illustrative 1971 window sticker that I am trying to decode ... see my questions attached. Any help would be appreciated ... Thanks Greg
