1970 model year fenders were different from 1971/72 fenders. They were smooth inside where the hood rests, not dimpled up like 71 and 72. This is why 1970 original fenders are considered to be so much more valuable than the older years and repops. It appears on your car that the fenders are 71 or 72 fenders or they are remanufactured replacement fenders. That’s why I was asking. Some here can correct me if I’m wrong, but I owned a 70 SX that was also owned by Bob Peters (his first SX actually) and I have 3 1970 supremes currently and all have the smooth fenders correct to that one year.
