I plan to paint my center console which is now black. Should I use "matt" or "semi-glass"?

I have restored several consoles and the best Paint I have used is the Krylon Fusion Satin Black. It is slightly less glossy than semi gloss which is too glossy. I have not been able to see any difference between the Matte Black and the Satin Black so either one should look the same.
