NEW Restoration Questions

Dash panels
Author Last Post
I paid $900 to have the dash completly restored to factory brand new. They took it down to bare metal then adde in new factory pading and vucummed the viaynal back on it so its a brans new 71 dash. the $900 didn't include shipping. But in my case since I'm doing a frame up resto it was worth it.
How much is “not cheap”? I have a crack down by the headlight switch on my 70 dash, and I’m annoyed by it.
Sorry just saw this post, I’m restoring a 71 frame up. And sent my dash to a company in Calf. Called just dashes. They completely restored my dash to factory new. However not cheap and takes about 2-3 months., but it is beautiful. Just goggle them easy people to work with, just not cheap.
Thank you, Alan, for Scott Winn's contact info. I will contact him today.
Yes of course Jerry. Here is his information.
TThank you Alan for your reply. However, I am not on Facebook. Do you have a phone number or email address for him?
Scott Winn has those available. He is in several of the Facebook groups and is always selling parts to everyone. He is a very good and trustworthy supplier.
I have not had any success with finding replacement dash panels for my 1970 SX. I'm referring to the complete panel; not, just the wood grain insert. Does anyone have a suggestion or possibly have a vendor that sells those? Thank you for your time!
